LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE
L E Y



Artículo 1°.- Modifícase la Ley N° 4.834 e incorpórase como artículo 5° de la misma el siguiente texto:
“Artículo 5°.- Desígnase como Autoridad de Aplicación de la presente Ley y administradora de la Cuenta Especial Recaudadora, creada por imperio del artículo 3°, a la Dirección General de Protección Ambiental dependiente del Ministerio de Producción.”.

Artículo 2°.- LEY GENERAL. Comuníquese al Poder Ejecutivo.
