LA LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT
SANCIONA CON FUERZA DE LEY

Artículo 1º. Adhiérase a la Ley Nacional N°27611, Ley Nacional De Atención y Cuidado Integral de la Salud durante el Embarazo y la Primera Infancia, a su Decreto Reglamentario N°515/2021 y a su Anexo I que forman parte integrante de la presente.
Artículo 2°. LEY GENERAL. Comuniqúese al Poder Ejecutivo.

DADA EN LA SALA DE SESIONES DE LA HONORABLE LEGISLATURA DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT, A LOS VEINTIUN DÍAS DEL MES DE ABRIL DE DOS MIL VEINTIDOS.

VISTO Y CONSIDERANDO:

El proyecto de ley de adhesión a la Ley Nacional N° 27.611, denominada Ley de Atención y Cuidado Integral de la Salud durante el Embarazo y la Primera Infancia, a su Decreto Reglamentario N° 515/2021, y a su Anexo I; sancionado por la Honorable Legislatura de la Provincia del Chubut el día 21 de abril de 2022 y la facultad que otorga al Poder Ejecutivo el artículo 140 de la Constitución Provincial;

POR ELLO:

Téngase por Ley de la Provincia: I N° 7 25
Cúmplase , comuniquese , y oportunamente publíquese en el Boletín Oficial
