VISTO:

El Expediente N° 960 - M.D.S.F.M.J. - 2021 y el Decreto N° 825/21; y

CONSIDERANDO:

Que por el Decreto citado en el Visto, se otorgó un subsidio por la suma de PESOS TRES MILLONES DOSCIENTOS MIL ($ 3.200.000,00) desde el Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, Familia, Mujer y Juventud, a favor de la Municipalidad de Paso de Indios, destinado a solventar gastos que demande la conexión de gas domiciliaria para las familias detalladas en el Anexo I del Decreto mencionado, en el marco de la normativa dispuesta por el Decreto N° 1304/78 y sus modificatorias;
Que a fojas refoliado 371 se solicita se rectifique el Anexo I del Decreto N° 825/21, en virtud de haberse incurrido en un error involuntario al consignar el nombre de beneficiarios y/o beneficiarias de la localidad de Paso de Indios;
Que atento a lo normado por el artículo 92° de la Ley I N° 18, se debe proceder a rectificar el Anexo I del Decreto N° 825/21 ;
Que ha tomado intervención la Dirección General de Asuntos Legales del Ministerio de Desarrollo Social, Familia, Mujer y Juventud;
Que ha tomado legal intervención la Asesoría General de Gobierno;

POR ELLO:

EL GOBERNADOR DE LA PROVINCIA DEL CHUBUT

DECRETA:

Artículo 1°.- Rectifícase el Anexo I del Decreto N° 825/21, de acuerdo al detalle obrante en el Anexo I, que forma parte integrante del presente Decreto, en base a los fundamentos expuestos en los Considerandos que anteceden.
Artículo 2°.- El presente Decreto será refrendado por los señores Ministros Secretarios de Estado en los Departamentos de Desarrollo Social, Familia, Mujer y Juventud y de Gobierno y Justicia.
Articuló 3°- Regístrese, comuníquese, dese al Boletín Oficial y cumplido, ARCHÍVESE.
